and yes , yours truly had won first place in the annual cross-country 2007.i didn't expect to acheive my first trophy in anderson sec this early.even though i was favoured by many to win, i must not be over-confident ('cos i'm always like that) and expect the toughest to be in my way.i was grateful that my class supported me all the way even if i didn't win.my dad was there too,sacrificed himself just to see me run and enjoy.he was partly the reason for my success because he was the one who kept bugging me to get out of bed by 6 am just to run 12 rounds around the stadium.and oh yea,i was feeling very bad that i didn't manage to run with my mates like we had planned.i would like to apologise to abdu , boon how , larry ,tian ning for being so selfish. T.T most of the credits will be given to you all!
and to all fellow 1/1, i was very pleased to see you guyz run your heart out and finish the race.it's fine that we didn't become the class champion but next year we will be different. and thanks for the dedication and you all made me wet really well. (they pour loads of water on my head as a celebration). i will win another victory next year!
and to those who won the top 20 positions,i am giving you all inspiration to do better next year.so aim to beat me. (:
and i was astonished by the way ranjitha killed off the race.just a flick of a finger and there she is.
ironically, i didn't get any cramps after thr cross-country.only a mere feeling of exhaustion and over-exertion of my body.and it's a waste that i didn't manage to celebrate with the vb lads.they offered to treat me. T.T
and seriously,i didn't get any cramps.
