3km run with dad and bro at woodlands stadium was refreshing with me pacing most of the route.i certainly need more of that.8 rounds for 13 mins is bloody slow. need to strengthen my run properly for the big event. it's really awesome to have those muscle strains here and there.
and my left thumb is feeling numb.some said that i'm missing somebody.(oooooh)
