i'm bored and feeling low.i've searched on some team motivation for my class.go 2/1! we'll never walk alone!

So as we attempt to understand motivation, we need to appreciate the subtleties that exist in human behavior, and focus our attention on general principles of motivation that have wider application. At least if we can understand some of these principles, we might be better prepared to lead or facilitate a long-term, highly motivating team experience.

a team that shares knowledge will become motivated while expanding their knowledge. Take away the sharing of knowledge, the team will no longer be a team, members will no longer be knowledgeable and constructive motivation will be gone.People who share knowledge will increase their knowledge while motivating others. People, who only take orders, learn nothing. People, who only give orders, inspire no one.
